When you are aligned with your energy type, you will experience more flow because you are using your energy as it was designed to be used. Generators are here to dance with life force energy, to create, to embody the desire for life and to use this juicy energy to light everyone else up. Generators are ruled by their sacral … energy of desire, passion, creativity, sexuality, sensuality, chi, and shakti … everything that exists, in reality, has come from sacral energy in one way or another. The more you follow your sacral energy and what excites you, the more you follow your desires, and the more you show others how to do this too.
Sacral energy is designed to move. The more you move your body, the more the sacral energy becomes activated. Momentum amplifies and attracts everything to you … the more you move, the more opportunities you attract. This is an energetic vortex. Notice the difference between this and being busy. You still choose the momentum that lights you up, the direction that is juicy and the doing that is exciting for you.

You are designed to respond to things that are external to you. That means you don’t need to initiate … allow the universe to bring you the opportunities to respond to. Your sacral centre is where your responses happen. It is a very binary response … this or this or a yes or no question. Your sacral will respond energetically with excitement, a full-body visceral response, a movement or even a sound. When it responds, this is when you move, act, and go. It is not always logical so the general rule to follow is … if it’s orgasmic, it’s a yes. If it’s not, it’s a no. It’s very distinct! If it is a slow orgasm, it’s still a no because all that happened is that your brain got involved and tried to turn you on. Emotional Generators are also best to wait for 24 hours … sleep on the decision … to take account of any highs or lows of emotional waves.

Responding using your sacral (not your head) will always guide you to what is most aligned for you. This will be the fastest route to bringing your desires into reality. Only say yes to the things that excite you because once you commit as a Generator, you go all in. Your theme is mastery. You are here to master over and over. So a yes activates your sacral into commitment … even if it is not aligned for you. The more you connect with your “yes” the more guided you will be. Literally, listen to your gut. This involves connecting with your body and deconditioning from your head, from logic.

Generators have an enveloping aura that can feel like a warm hug when you are aligned. It is literally magnetic and so attractive that even if you are fresh from the gym, your energy will turn heads.

Your aura holds everything that you say yes or no to. When you hold things that are energetically incorrect in your energy, you are blocking the universe from bringing into your reality the desires you have. The more Generators follow aligned decisions, the faster their desires can materialise.

Filling your aura with the incorrect energy is also draining your life force energy. The energy that comes from the sacral is designed to keep going and going. When you follow alignment, you create more life force energy. When you don’t it depletes. This in turn impacts you on 2 levels; 1. energetically you are less aligned, magnetic and lit up. 2. Physically you are depleted, drained and likely heading for burnout if it continues. More than that, you will not be fulfilled!

The more you engage with life, the more the universe gives you to respond to. The more curious you are, the more you get to find what lights you up.

Not-Self Theme

Your Not-Self theme is a blessing. It shows you when you are not living in alignment. It is a tangible sign to correct and return to your truth. The more you become aware of your not-self theme, the more you are able to use it as a guide to navigating back to your authentic self. You were designed to live according to your design and the universe sends these signs to bring you back into alignment. The more you do this, the clearer your aura becomes and the more of your desires can be received into your energy.

Generators feel frustrated when they are out of alignment. This is your not-self theme. You might find yourself saying “I am so frustrated” or “this is frustrating” or, more often, you will feel your energy stifled or stagnant inside of your body. This could feel like a ball of energy that has literally stopped moving.

Frustration can be common if you are not moving enough. And will also be an indicator for you to course correct … create some momentum in your energy and also become aware of what is happening around you.

This is also part of the process for Generators. Because of the depth of mastery that Generators are here to experience, the expansion can be followed by a plateau. It’s an opportunity to calibrate and is part of the journey of commitment. However, this can feel very frustrating. That no matter what you do, there are no results, and you can’t seem to move forward. It’s important to continue tuning into your alignment, doing what lights you up and trusting that the frustration will move when you are ready for your next level of expansion.

Conditioning

A note about conditioning: everybody’s design is created from whom we were always meant to be AND whom we are designed to be. Our soul journey for this lifetime is imprinted into our design. There are no coincidences. The conditioning we attract as we move through life is part of our journey too. It allows us to cultivate the strengths, skills and wisdom to become even more powerful. In the process, we move through karmic patterns we came here to understand. Conditioning is not a weakness … it is a beautiful gift. Your self-awareness of your conditioning is a catalyst to expansion, evolution and a deeper level of embodiment.

Generationally, the karma Generators carry forward is that in order to be worthy and valuable, they must do things for other people. In the past, unconscious Manifestors would have taken advantage of Generators to get things done while everyone was still learning about survival and mastering the material plane. This is no longer the case but you still carry the legacy. The truth is, you are here to follow what lights you up which creates an overflow of life-force energy for others too.
Follow your dreams so that others accept that they can follow theirs.

People pleasing comes through because Generators are often praised for abandoning what they desire and/or compromising on what they do. Sacrificing yourself and doing what you should, what others would like you to do or what you feel obliged to do has the opposite impact. Nobody wins. When a Generator is not lit up, there is no overflow of sacral energy for others to experience. It literally feels like a heaviness inside of you.
When Generators are lit up, everyone wins!

Overthinking can disconnect you from your sacral. You have likely spent most of your time in your head because that is common conditioning for everyone. It is almost the polar opposite of how you are designed to decide. It can feel scary to commit to what your sacral is guiding you to if it is opposite to what you think you should do or what is logical. Allow yourself to take small movements towards this trust … experiment with it, be curious and see what happens when you follow a sacral yes.
Momentum is created by connecting with my body and following my sacral.

Being busy doing all everything because this is how Generators get approval, acceptance or validation. Often saying yes to things to be of service, even when they are not aligned. Even being busy because it doesn’t feel safe to wait for something to respond to is common. However, this fills your aura with things that are not aligned, depletes your energy and makes you less attractive to your desires from the universe.
When you trust you are safe, you can wait AND respond without fear.

In business, you are designed to follow what lights you up. As a Generator, you are designed to feel satisfied by a “job well done”. When you follow a response, your energy is literally turned on to build, create and play. Applying this to your business creates sustainable success. Sometimes this energy can be so intense that it can look like you are hustling. In a world where hustle is “bad”, you need to recognise that this surge of energy IS the response. As long as you are working with your strategy and authority, this is not hustling, this aligned creation.

If you are not experiencing responses or connection with your sacral energy, it is essential that you reconnect with your body. Usually, the fastest way to do this is to move. Literally moving your body activates your energy flow. Another way to access your response is to take an action. Move forward. The momentum also activates energy flow. The more you can become connected with your responses, the more clarity you have in your decisions and actions.

The most important thing for you as a Generator is to trust that what serves you serves everyone. You don’t need to follow shoulds or what you feel obliged to do because nobody wins from that energy. When you understand your energy exchange is best when you are lit up, you become more discerning with what you do and how you spend your time. Generator Marketing:

As a Generator with the strategy to respond, your best marketing will come in the form of a response. You might find yourself feeling alive as you respond to client questions, getting lit up as you read books or articles or even feeling on fire when you are answering comments on posts. All of these are examples of how you are responding to something outside of yourself and generating an aligned response. These can all be turned into marketing content.
Because of this strategy, it is impossible to plan out content for months in the future. This can feel frustrating or overwhelming to begin with but there are ways you can minimise this as you become more connected with your response strategy. When you feel an overflowing response, you can allow the content to flow and bank it for future use (notice the subtle difference between this strategy and bulk creation). For the purpose of planning, focus more on themes for the week/month to support you in creating content in response. This could be the theme or focus of your launch plans for example. You can also support yourself with scheduled posts of content that don’t require a response, for example, testimonials.
When you are lit up in your content creation, your magnetism is activated. If you have nothing to respond to, you can also facilitate this by going to your favourite podcasts or audiobooks. Try it on, and see what happens.
Your content style is designed to be conversational like you are talking to your best friend over coffee. Be familiar, and friendly and include lots of opportunities for your audience to respond. Using binary response questions like “does this resonate?” “do you agree?” “would you like to know more?” is a great way to engage a response in your audience too.
Magnetism in your content is infused through your defined centres also … look for that later in the report.
Alignment also exists in HOW you create your content. If you don’t want to do dancing reels, don’t. If you don’t love videos, don’t do them. Find your way and prioritise it. Repurposing can support your expansion from this point.
In terms of where you show up, again, follow what is aligned for you and go all in. When your sacral energy commits, it goes all in. This is the same in your marketing too. Find the platform/strategy/method that is most aligned for you and commit to it fully. Repurposing is also a helpful strategy beyond this as you step into expansion.

Generator Selling:
Knowing what and when to sell comes from a response. You may have an idea or download that feels exciting, but this is not the response. The response is a sign outside of you to let you know that it’s time to move. When you feel this turned-on response, you will also get a surge of energy to apply to bringing this idea or download to life. This is when you know it’s time to launch.
To build your trust in this style of business and model of launching, creating sustainable selling systems as a foundation is also important. This also supports you energetically when you launch because you are more likely to be in lit-up magnetic vibes if you can play with the energy of launch, rather than doing it from a place of pressure and necessity.
The response signals that you are aligned and that you have the energy for the launch. Sometimes it won’t make sense when you get the response, and that’s ok. The more you follow the responses and build the evidence, the more you can build a foundation of trust too.
Any launch strategy works for you as long as it feels aligned. However, as much as possible, stepping into live launching where you get to respond in real-time will activate a strong magnetism. This doesn’t always have to be videos, it can be telegram or voxer, it can be texts, it can be calls or even in person. Play with this for yourself and the way you are most aligned with showing up. Live launches can also be very supported in terms of the systems and support team you have so that your only role at that moment is to show up to respond.
Your calls to action can be focused on generating a response also. “Would you like more info?” “would you like to experience this?” “are you ready to …?” are all examples of this. Then share the next step … drop an emoji, DM me, hit the link etc.

The key to your success in launches is your excitement. Are you excited to share this offer? Are you excited to deliver the offer? Are you excited about the energy exchange (i.e. the investment)? If you are and you infuse this into your launch, people will FEEL it too!

Scaling & Support:

As you start to scale, there are some key support pieces to put in place. The first is guidance for where you are placing your energy. When you are in flow, you don’t always know if the way you are travelling to your destination is the most effective or efficient. Seek support outside of you to have a helicopter view of what you are doing. Projectors make for great guides at this time.

In terms of team building, start to identify the tasks that take you out of alignment and put in place an intention for when you can outsource these tasks. The more you are in alignment with the whole of your business, the more sustainable success you create. In the meantime, connect with your alignment before doing the tasks that are less aligned but need to be done. Dance, get into the energy of excitement and focus on the outcome, rather than the task.

Emotional (Solar Plexus)

The more you can build trust in your authority, the more evidence you create and the more you can rely on it, even when it seems illogical. Building trust is the process of empowerment.

As an emotional authority, you have a defined emotional centre (solar plexus). This means you feel your emotions very deeply and experience waves of emotions. Sometimes you might find yourself feeling ecstatic or melancholy for no apparent reason; this is energy moving through you and it’s all natural. It also means that when you make a decision, you don’t always know if you are in a high or a low of an emotional wave. In other words, you need to commit to a decision only when you are in a cool, calm and collected space. This is about finding consistency in your feeling about the decision itself. A good rule of thumb is to wait at least 24 hours before you decide.

The way you make the decision itself is based on how it feels. Does it feel good? If it does, check in again in 24 hours. If it still feels good, go for it. If it doesn’t feel good, you can check in again after 24 hours to confirm.

The “good feeling” is in your body. The more you connect with your body and trust the feeling, the more you will feel your decision-making process. Sometimes this is completely illogical, which doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Build trust … this doesn’t have to be an instant switch because it is very different to how we are conditioned to be in the world.

As a general rule in Human Design, following your strategy first is the most important aspect. This means that when you work with your strategy and authority together, your decisions will always be aligned.

In business, you can use your emotional authority for decision-making. For example, if you are choosing colours or a design or even a price point, you can create a list of options and see which feels the best. Then check again in 24 hours and see if it’s the same. You are looking for clarity in the consistency of how it feels.

Don’t feel pressured to make fast decisions. This can happen a lot in business. For example, investments in sales calls or deciding on a direction if you are working with a mentor. This is not aligned for you so find a standard phrase like “this sounds great, I will come back to you tomorrow” to give yourself the space to make the most aligned decision for you in that moment.

Your authority will also enable you to make the most aligned business decisions, even if it feels illogical. Allow yourself to begin building evidence and proof of this. You don’t have to be overwhelmed when you can trust your authority to guide you.

This centre is where we understand who we are and the direction we take. It is also a part of the heart chakra so it is linked with love, our journey and our experience with love.

People are magnetised to you because you can support them with understanding and processing information. This looks like simplifying concepts and/or creating concepts. The defined head centre finds inspiration in everything and nothing … you can be inspired by staring at a blank wall. This inspiration is magnetic to others and you may often find people telling you how inspiring you are. Because of this, you are designed to allow time for yourself to be in your creative process also.

You are also more equipped to deal with the mental pressure that this centre brings, and in turn, you get to model this to others too.

When this centre responds to questions from the outside world, it can push them down into the ajna to make sense of them, without the need to overthink or create a sense of anxiety.

Undefined CentresWhere you have undefined or open centres, you are open and receptive to feeling the energy of the defined centres around you, and then amplify it. This is where you experience your greatest wisdom. It is also where you are most receptive to conditioning and patterns that disconnect you from your most empowered sovereignty. The great thing about this is that releasing the conditioning is the key to accessing your wisdom. It is also where you can be more flexible, experimental and curious about the world because you don’t have fixed energy in these centres.

From a business perspective, the patterns that can show up in the undefined centres are directly related to your business. These could be the blindspots you didn’t know you had or even the sabotage you notice coming around.
